📌 Hotel Booking Requirements

All participating teams must stay at Bally’s Lake Tahoe to be eligible for the Bally’s Thunder & Lightning AAA Classic. This is a Stay to Play event.

📍 Ask for: Group Sales Department and mention the Group Code when booking.

💡 Important: All coaches, managers, and parents must use the group code when reserving rooms.
❌ Third-party booking sites (e.g., Expedia, Kayak, Orbitz, etc.) are not permitted.

⚠️ Tournament Eligibility Notice

Teams checking out of the host hotel during the tournament or booking outside the group block will be disqualified from further play.

Booking through Bally’s using the group code is a mandatory condition for tournament participation.

💰 Deposit Required: $875 USD (to hold your team’s spot)

💵 Full Entry Fee: $2,875 USD

📅 Full Payment Due: March 15, 2026

📝 Registration Deadline: February 15, 2026

📄 Required Documents: Player birth certificates must be available at all games.

🇨🇦 Note for American Teams:
Due to changes in banking regulations, U.S. checks or money orders are no longer accepted.
All American entries must be paid via bank wire transfer. Instructions will be provided upon receipt of your registration and waiver forms.

💸 Refund Policy

The $875 deposit is refundable only if a replacement team is found for your division.

The same policy applies to fully paid entries in the event of cancellation.
